bonusph Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification

This page answers every money question that comes up on your bonusph account — from adding funds to pulling your balance out and confirming your identity so nothing gets held up. You will find deposits covered through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay and PESONet; each method lives inside the Cashier section of your account after login. Withdrawals follow a similar path: choose your wallet or bank rail, enter the amount, and confirm.

ADDING FUNDS

Deposit Funds into Your bonusph Account

Putting money into your account starts at the Cashier tab — it is the first option inside the wallet icon on the navigation bar. From there, you pick the payment rail that matches your e-wallet or bank setup. GCash and Maya are the two methods most of our Philippines members use because the redirect is quick and the amount reflects in your balance before the confirmation screen closes.

  • Open Cashier

Log in and tap the wallet icon on the navigation bar, then select Deposit from the Cashier menu.

  • Choose Your Method

Pick GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay or PESONet from the listed options. The screen shows the minimum and maximum for your account tier.

  • Enter and Confirm

Key in the amount, review the summary screen, then confirm. For e-wallet methods, you will be redirected to complete authentication on your wallet app.

  • Check Transaction History

Once the transfer completes on the payment side, your balance updates and a record appears in Transaction History with a reference number.

GETTING PAID OUT

Withdraw Your Balance to Your Wallet or Bank

A withdrawal request starts the same place a deposit does — the Cashier tab — but you select Withdraw instead. The payout methods available to your account are shown there in real time; only rails that are active for your account tier and verification status appear as selectable options. GCash and Maya withdrawals go back to the same e-wallet you used to deposit, which is one reason we ask you to verify wallet ownership during the KYC step.

  • Select Withdraw in Cashier

Log in, open the Cashier tab and choose Withdraw. Only verified and active payout methods appear as selectable on this screen.

  • Pick a Payout Method

Choose GCash, Maya, InstaPay or PESONet. The destination wallet or bank account linked to your profile is shown beside each option.

  • Enter Amount and Submit

Type the withdrawal amount within the displayed limits, review the confirmation details, then submit. The request status moves to Pending immediately.

  • Track in Transaction History

Open Transaction History to watch the status shift from Pending to Processed to Completed. Keep the reference number shown there for any follow-up queries.

Verify Your bonusph Account Before Withdrawing
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Verify Your bonusph Account Before Withdrawing

Account verification is the step that connects your identity to your wallet so withdrawals can move without interruption. We require it before your first payout — not as a barrier, but because unverified accounts are the primary target of unauthorised access attempts. The process lives in Account Settings under the Verify Identity tab. You will need a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie taken at the time of submission; the selfie must show your face alongside the ID, not a photo of a photo.

  • Open Verify Identity

Go to Account Settings and select the Verify Identity tab. The required document types are listed there for your account tier.

  • Upload a Valid Government ID

A Philippine government-issued ID is required. Upload both the front and back where prompted, ensuring the image is clear and unobstructed.

  • Submit a Live Selfie

Take a selfie holding your ID at the time of submission. Photos of photos are rejected by the system automatically.

  • Check Verification Status

Your status updates in Account Settings. Once it shows Verified, your payout methods activate inside the Cashier tab.

TRANSACTION MATCHING

Match Your Wallet Record with Your Account History

Every deposit and withdrawal you complete generates two records: one on your payment provider's side — inside your GCash, Maya or bank app — and one inside your bonusph Transaction History. When these two records agree, everything is settled. When they show a mismatch, the reference number is what ties them together for any support query. Check Transaction History first whenever you think a deposit has not landed or a withdrawal has not arrived. The status labels there — Pending, Processing, Completed, Failed — each mean something specific, so read them carefully before contacting support.

  • Reference Number

Every transaction in your bonusph Transaction History carries a unique reference number. Copy this number before contacting support — it is the single identifier that links your account record to the corresponding GCash, Maya, InstaPay or PESONet transfer on the payment side. Without it, tracing a transaction takes significantly longer.

  • Status Labels

Pending means the request is queued. Processing means it has left our system and is with the payment provider. Completed means funds have arrived. Failed means the transfer did not go through and your balance was not changed. Each label is final for that stage — do not re-submit while a request is still in Processing.

  • Account History View

Transaction History in your account shows every deposit and withdrawal in reverse-chronological order. You can filter by type — deposit or withdrawal — and by date range. The amount, method, status and reference number are all visible per row, which makes it straightforward to compare against your e-wallet statement.

  • Evidence to Keep

Screenshot your GCash, Maya or bank confirmation screen at the time of each transaction and save it alongside the bonusph reference number. This pairing is the minimum evidence our support team needs to investigate a delayed or disputed transfer. A confirmation screen alone, without a reference number, slows the process.

ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS

How We Protect Your Funds and Account Access

Your balance and personal details are protected at multiple points — from the moment you log in to the moment a payout reaches your wallet. We do not hold onto your full card or bank credentials; payment processing happens on the rails of each provider (GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet) and only a tokenised reference is stored on our end. Beyond the payment layer, we apply identity verification and wallet-ownership checks to make sure the person requesting a withdrawal is the account holder who made the deposit.

  • Domain and Connection Check

Always confirm you are on bonusph before entering any account credentials. The correct URL uses HTTPS and matches the brand spelling exactly. Bookmarking the authenticated home screen after your first login is the simplest way to avoid misdirection on subsequent visits.

  • Identity Verification

We ask for a government-issued ID and a live selfie before your first withdrawal. This step confirms that the account belongs to you and that no one else can trigger a payout using your credentials. Verification status is visible at all times under Account Settings.

  • Wallet Ownership Confirmation

Payouts are sent only to wallets and bank accounts registered in your verified name. A GCash or Maya number that does not match your profile name will not pass the withdrawal step. This one-name rule stops funds from being misdirected even if a session is compromised.

  • Support and Dispute Path

If a transaction shows an unexpected status or a balance discrepancy appears, open the Help section inside your account and submit a query with the transaction reference number attached. The support team reviews account-level records and coordinates with the relevant payment provider on your behalf.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment Options on bonusph

The methods listed below cover both deposits and withdrawals for eligible accounts in supported Philippines regions. Availability for your account is confirmed inside the Cashier tab after login — only the methods active for your verification tier and region appear as selectable. If a method is greyed out, complete account verification first or contact support to confirm eligibility. These are the only payment names we operate with; no other wallet or bank rail is implied or available through this platform.

  • GCash

Deposit and withdraw via your GCash wallet. The flow redirects to the GCash app for authentication, then returns you to your bonusph balance screen.

  • Maya

Maya deposits and withdrawals follow the same redirect flow as GCash. Your Maya account name must match your bonusph profile name for withdrawals to process.

  • GrabPay

GrabPay is available as a deposit method through the Cashier tab. Select it from the e-wallet list and complete authentication inside the GrabPay interface.

  • InstaPay

InstaPay lets you move funds between your bonusph account and a Philippine bank account. Used for both deposits and withdrawals where your bank supports the InstaPay rail.

  • PESONet

PESONet is available for bank-to-account transfers. It is commonly used for larger withdrawal amounts routed to a registered Philippine bank account in your verified name.

  • Coins. ph

Coins. ph is listed as a verified wallet option on the platform. Use it for deposits through the Cashier tab; eligibility for withdrawals is shown after your account is verified.

BANKING QUESTIONS

Common Questions About bonusph Banking

These are the questions our account holders ask most often about deposits, withdrawals and verification. If your specific situation is not covered here, open the Help section inside your account and submit a query with your transaction reference number.

Why has my GCash deposit not appeared in my bonusph balance yet?

Check Transaction History first. If the status shows Pending or Processing, the transfer is still moving through the GCash rail. If it shows Failed but GCash charged your wallet, copy the GCash reference number and submit a support query through the Help section inside your account.

Can I withdraw to a different GCash number than the one I deposited from?

Withdrawals are sent only to the wallet registered and verified under your account name. If you need to change the linked GCash number, update it in Account Settings and re-verify wallet ownership before submitting a withdrawal request. Mismatched names are rejected at the payment step.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit or withdraw?

Minimum and maximum amounts depend on your account tier and the specific payment method. The exact figures are shown on the Cashier screen at the point of entry — they are not a fixed number published here because they vary by tier and method.

My withdrawal has been Pending for a while. What should I do?

Confirm that your account verification status reads Verified in Account Settings. If it does, note the withdrawal reference number from Transaction History and contact support through the Help section. Do not submit a duplicate withdrawal request while the original is still Pending.

Do I need to verify my account before making a deposit?

Deposits are available before full verification on most account tiers. However, withdrawals require completed verification — a valid Philippine government ID and selfie at minimum. Complete verification early in Account Settings so there is no delay when you are ready to pull out your balance.

Can I use InstaPay for both deposits and withdrawals?

Yes, InstaPay supports both directions where your bank is on the InstaPay network. For withdrawals, the destination bank account name must match your verified bonusph profile name exactly. The eligible banks for InstaPay are listed inside the Cashier tab under the Bank Transfer option.
